Website Designer
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Position:
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time office role focused on designing, building, and maintaining websites. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating custom website themes, delivering customer support, and handling general graphic design tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build responsive websites tailored to client needs.
- Develop and customize outstanding website themes
- Provide exceptional customer support via telephone, zoom and email.
- Collaborate with external developers to deliver high-quality projects.
- Engage in general graphic design work as required, including creating visual assets for websites, and logos, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain effective communication throughout the design process, from the initial brief to presenting proposals, capturing feedback, and providing debriefs
- Deeply understand our target audience and develop innovative ways to engage them through your creative designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, emerging trends, and technological advancements
Required Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in web design and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design and graphic design projects.
- Solid Proficiency in WordPress, Drupal, or Duda and other platforms.
- Extensive experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of front/back-end development (HTML, CSS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with a customer-driven approach.
- IT degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience providing technical support.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (desirable).
Required Skills:
- Strong ability to conceptualize ideas and present them effectively to stakeholders.
- Proven experience across all phases of the design process, from ideation and visualization to final artwork.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing workload while also thriving in a team environment.
- Passionate about creative challenges with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Genuine enthusiasm for design and creativity, with a curiosity to continually push the boundaries of your work.

SALARY – Ghc2000 Gross
